Complaint

If you should have a complaint, you can either:-

After receiving your complaint, we may contact you for further information or we may invite you to our office to discuss your complaint.

The timeframe for handling your complaint:-

Within 3 business days from receiving your complaint:	We will acknowledge your complaint.
Within 14 business days from receiving your complaint:	We will send you an interim response if we need more time to review your complaint.
Within 30 business days from receiving your complaint:	We will send you a final response or notify you the reasons for delaying a final response and your right to refer your complaint to Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB).
